SEPA fees

Kriptomat does not charge variable fees for SEPA deposits and withdrawals . When depositing from a bank account into the Kriptomat account, the deposit amount is reduced by one euro, regardless of the total amount. The payment fee is two euros, regardless of the total amount.

The merchant’s bank may charge additional fees for transfers between bank and Kriptomat accounts. SEPA transactions are usually not affected. The prerequisite for this is that they take place online. Financial institutions collect extra fees at the bank counter or by telephone order.

Under certain conditions, an administration fee of 50 euros or 5 percent of the account balance will be charged. Regulations can be found in the general terms and conditions (under fees for services).

There are limits for deposits and withdrawals.

  • 25,000 euros for daily deposits and withdrawals via SEPA
  • 200,000 euros for deposits and withdrawals via SEPA per month
  • No limit on deposits and withdrawals in cryptocurrency
  • 500 euros daily limit (5,000 euros per month) for other payment methods

Limits and fees when trading cryptocurrencies

The payment amount for cryptocurrencies must meet a minimum requirement of 15 euros . Kriptomat does not charge fees for normal cryptocurrency transactions. There is a small fee to move the ERC20 tokens into the wallet on Kryptomat. Fees are calculated to two decimal places, with more decimal places rounded up.

Minimum trading amount & minimum deposit 

  • A minimum trading value of EUR 30 applies to all trading couples.
  • The minimum for SEPA deposits into the customer account is 35 euros.
